Quality Management
Our consultancy management processes and documents adhere to a stringent quality control system which is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001 standards. Quality performance questionnaires are issued to our clients on a regular basis allowing us to assess and improve on the level of service being provided. Monthly review workshops ensure that service delivery risks are identified early and effective mitigation measures established.
Jersey Construction Council
We are members of the Jersey Construction Council. Our managing director currently sits on the Council board and is actively involved in the membership and communications subcommittee.
British Council for Offices
Rowney Sharman is very proud to be the only local consultancy to be a member of the British Council for Offices (BCO) which allows us to access the latest research and standards for workplace environments together with the latest statutory regulations.
Eco Active
Rowney Sharman is the first consultancy in Jersey in our arena to be awarded full membership of Eco Active. This has been achieved not only for our internal sustainability management but on the advice and guidance given to our clients through our development projects.
