Health and Safety

Building sites can be hazardous environments and without the proper health and safety guidelines in place an unfortunate incident can have far reaching consequences for your contractors, employees, bystanders and your organisation.

We are certified to provide HSPC services to ensure compliance with the Management in Construction (Jersey) Regulations 2016. Our experience and knowledge of construction practice and in-house Health and Safety expertise adds weight to this service and ideally places us to be key project advisor for the client on all construction health and safety risk management matters.

Consultancy and Business Development

Project Oversight and Funders Representative

We provide an independent review of funding arrangements to assure lenders that projects are soundly based and deliver the benefits for which the loan arrangements have been made. This service has been provided to the Government of Jersey who fund certain developments by public sector arms’ length bodies and third sector organisations.
