Stewart Rowney originally formed Rowney Sharman in the UK in 1994, with Rowney Sharman (Jersey) being formed as a separate entity in 2009 after the successful completion of a number of projects on the island dating back to 2002. We remain an independent consultancy business operating throughout the Channel Islands, UK and internationally, providing property related consultancy services to a variety of high profile private, blue chip, commercial and public sector clients.

At Rowney Sharman, we value our independence, our culture is one of openness and we pride ourselves on our reputation of being highly professional and trustworthy. We act as a single point of contact for clients, managing their projects from inception through the project design, planning, construction and fit-out stages, onto completion and further.

Understanding our clients’ business and operational requirements means they are integrated into the contract programme, enabling us to consistently complete even the most challenging and complex projects on time and within budget.
