Training and Professional Development

We are actively committed to promoting professional development, supporting our employees through enrolling them on appropriate training programmes and educational courses, ensuring they are equipped with the most up to date knowledge relevant to the projects they manage. This includes sponsorship through degree programmes as well as statutory training to maintain our compliance with the latest legislature, crucial when providing HSPC advisory services. All our project managers are Prince2 certified and are encouraged to undertake individual professional development through membership with their individual professional bodies APM, CIOB, CIPFA and RICS.
