Description:
This multi-tenant project involved the CAT A & B refurbishment of the first and second floors of Forum 3, to create cellularised offices with shared meeting and breakout spaces. The scope also included full mechanical and electrical refresh and installation of new toilet facilities. The design brief was to create a modern feel to reflect the digital nature of the majority of businesses lined up to move in.
The fit out of these 2 floors formed part of the much larger ‘Forum 3 & 4’ project involving the fit out of 6 floors across 2 adjacent office blocks. Rowney Sharman were appointed to manage the whole project completed over 2 phases, requiring careful logistical planning as other parts of the building were still occupied by tenants throughout. The brief was developed through close collaboration with the client, the numerous tenant groups as well as the professional team to meet the various design and space configurations of each floor. We led the process to procure consultant and contractor teams, developed and managed the strategic programme, provided cost consultancy services and took overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project within budget and to challenging timescales.
