Description:
The client’s aim was to provide a modern working environment for up to one hundred employees, achieved through remodelling the operations warehouse and refurbishing existing office space.
The interior was refurbished in an industrial style and provisioned with new air conditioning. The exterior was transformed through recladding the walls, replacing the roof and installing curtain walling, as well as a feature Brise Soleil.
Challenges included delivering the refurbished building on time and within budget, whilst the client remained operational and continued to produce the Island’s daily newspaper.
