Description:

Chevalier Ward Refurbishment

The reason for this project was to undertake some minor remodelling and refurbishment of a hospital ward improving its layout to facilitate proposed service provision.

Scope of works include internal refurbishment and redecoration, flooring, and creation of new structural openings.

Our role mainly consisted of onsite coordination and liaising with adjacent occupied departments to ensure continued operation and delivery of their services while facilitating smooth delivery of the project programme to tight timeframes, with the additional space challenges and multiple contractors working onsite at the same time.

Endoscopy

The client’s objective for this project was the upgrade of existing facilities to ensure continuation of service.

The scope involved replacement of theatre ventilation system, minor remodelling and refurbishment of the ward.
